A person has seven main chakras along the central energy channel. Chakras can be described as energy vortices that receive and redistribute energy throughout the person's energy system, nourishing the organs and systems of the physical body. The functioning of chakras influences a person’s psycho-emotional state, and conversely, a person’s thoughts and emotions affect the state of their chakras. Negative thoughts and emotions can create blocks in these energy centers, leading to various problems. For example:
·1st Chakra (Root Chakra): This chakra can become blocked due to traumatic experiences, fears, insecurities, and worries about the future. When the root chakra is blocked, it disrupts the connection to the earth’s energy source, which provides physical strength, health, and material well-being. This can cause obstacles in one’s endeavors, failures, doubts, and indecisiveness. Physical symptoms might include issues with the lower organs, problems in the reproductive system, tension or discomfort in the area of the anal sphincter and perineum, leg fatigue, and musculoskeletal problems. You might also dream about obstacles, such as blocked roads, closed doors, or locks.
·2nd Chakra (Sacral Chakra): Blockages in this chakra can stem from feelings of shame, lack of self-love, rejection of one's femininity or sexuality, unprocessed sexual experiences, or ancestral trauma. Symptoms can include issues related to reproductive health, difficulties with conception or carrying a child, low energy levels, and creative stagnation.
·3rd Chakra (Solar Plexus Chakra): This chakra can be blocked by feelings of guilt, shame, or an inability to accept life’s situations, circumstances, or experiences, as well as fear of expressing emotions. Symptoms might include digestive problems, issues with the kidneys, and a lack of willpower.
·4th Chakra (Heart Chakra): This chakra can be blocked by emotional heart trauma, such as betrayal, infidelity, selfishness, or unrequited love. Prolonged blockage of the heart chakra can negatively impact a person’s character and lead to cardiovascular issues, causing heart pain and other symptoms.
·5th Chakra (Throat Chakra): This chakra can be blocked by unexpressed or unresolved emotions, such as resentment, complaints, or a negative perception of reality. These emotions can create a kind of energetic lock, which may be felt as a lump in the throat, irritation, swelling, or issues with the throat and ENT organs. Due to this block, energy cannot flow freely through the body to the Earth via the central energy channel, often leading to feelings of overload and pressure in the head, sometimes resulting in headaches. This can also manifest as dissatisfaction, frustration, and rejection of circumstances.
·6th Chakra (Third Eye Chakra): This chakra is blocked by negative or false beliefs, rigid materialism, or an unwillingness to engage in self-development, creativity, or spiritual exploration. Symptoms of this blockage include a lack of intuition, imagination, inspiration, sleep disturbances, memory problems, diminished sharpness of the senses, and a total absence of extrasensory perception.
·7th Chakra (Crown Chakra): The crown chakra can be blocked by a distorted worldview, a sense of separation from the whole, or a negative, hostile perception of the world. As a result, a person loses one of their primary energy sources—the connection with the divine—and becomes an easy target for parasitic entities and other negative influences.
